I take two important meals every day-lunch at 10 a.m. and supper at 9 p.m.

 I have a light breakfast before I begin my homework at about seven in the morning. 

Rice, dal and curries make Our daily lunch.

 We add fish or meat once or twice a week, but I am not very fond of it. 

For supper we usually have bread and vegetable curry. 

Between the two important meals I have tiffin in the afternoon when I come back from school.

 I often forget my glass of milk at bedtime, but my mother always remembers it. 

She makes cakes, sweets and many other nice things, but I always fall ill when I eat too much of them. 

Every time I promise to be careful but fail to keep my promise.
